Have the courage to be imperfect
Counselling support for queer and neurodivergent folks who are tired of holding it all together

Welcome!
My name is Rasa (she/her). I am a BACP registered Adlerian counsellor and psychotherapist and a recovering chronic perfectionist.

A lot of the people I work with are exhausted in ways that are hard to explain to anyone else, ordinary things like cooking dinner or replying to a message start to feel like too much, while everything they still want to do piles up behind it. If you're not sure anymore whether you actually like the things you do, or you're just doing what you've always felt you should, that's the kind of thing we can untangle together.
How I may help

What I offer is not piles and piles of homework and worksheets that will add to your list of never-ending tasks. This isn't going to be another box to tick, or someone trying to catch you out being less than perfect.
I offer a space for "I don't know" and imperfection. Playing around with trying to do things just a little bit imperfectly. To actually find out what you want, not just what fulfills the expectations of others. Where rest doesn't have to be earned first. Where you can say no without rehearsing the apology, and be uncertain, unfinished, and still enough.
